Amanecer vs Atardecer — Which itinerary fits you?

Both itineraries run about 11 hours and include Mundo Cuervo highlights. Amanecer rides the train to Tequila in the morning; Atardecer rides the train back to Guadalajara in the evening (with the onboard tasting then).
