At TQM Tours, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our guests. This TQM Tours refund policy is based on our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and outlines the conditions under which refunds are available, as well as the process and timelines for receiving a refund on your tour bookings.
Refund Eligibility
- Standard Refunds: Refunds may be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour pick-up time. The refunded amount will depend on the specific tour’s cancellation terms and any applicable administrative fees.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable, as outlined in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
- Premium Tours: For certain premium tours, cancellations require 48 to 72 hours’ notice. Refunds (if applicable) for these tours will be processed according to these terms.
Refund Calculation & Processing
- Refund amounts are determined based on the specific tour’s cancellation terms and may be subject to deductions for administrative or processing fees.
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original method of payment.
- Please note that any non-refundable deposits or fees will not be included in the refunded amount.
