Important: Many parts of your tequila tour — including distillery visits, private transportation, and train tickets — are prepaid to local partners once your reservation is confirmed. Refunds can only be processed once those partners return funds to TQM Tours.

How Refunds Work

  • TQM Tours must first receive the refund from the distillery, train operator, or transportation provider.
  • Once the partner refunds the amount to TQM Tours, we will then process the refund back to the original payment method.

If a distillery provides a refund or credit, TQM Tours will pass that refund or credit directly to the customer.

  • Train tickets issued by José Cuervo Express are generally non-refundable.
  • Tickets may sometimes be rescheduled depending on availability and the train operator’s policies.
  • Rescheduling may involve additional fees depending on how many days before the trip the request is made.
  • Requests made less than 48 hours before departure cannot be rescheduled according to José Cuervo’s official rules.
