Refunds are issued after the distillery or partner provider returns funds to TQM Tours. Once received, we process your refund according to our Refund Policy.
The José Cuervo Express offers two experiences: the morning “Amanecer” experience and the evening “Atardecer” experience. The morning option typically begins with the train ride to Tequila, while the evening experience usually starts with a bus ride to the agave fields and returns to Guadalajara by train. Yes. Guests staying in the town of Tequila can still participate in the José Cuervo Express experience. Depending on the schedule and ticket availability, you may join the experience once it arrives in Tequila.
José Cuervo Express tickets are generally non-refundable. Tickets may sometimes be rescheduled depending on availability and how far in advance the request is made. Changes within 48 hours are usually not permitted according to José Cuervo’s policy.
Yes. Each distillery has its own reservation and cancellation policies. Some may provide refunds, others may offer credit, and some may have strict no-refund policies.
Occasionally road closures or unexpected events can impact travel routes. While we will do everything possible to adjust the itinerary, TQM Tours cannot guarantee refunds for circumstances outside our control. We will always advocate on behalf of our guests with our partners when possible.
