  • 9:00 AM – Pickup in Guadalajara or Zapopan

    Your bilingual driver will meet you at your hotel or Airbnb. Settle into your private, air-conditioned vehicle as you begin the scenic drive toward Tequila.

  • 10:00 AM – Don Valente Destilería Tour y Degustación

    Arrive at Don Valente, a family-owned distillery known for artisanal production. Learn about traditional cooking, fermentation, and distillation, followed by a guided tasting of their signature tequilas.

  • 11:30 AM – Subete al Chile Ride

    Hop aboard the colorful Subete al Chile truck—the most festive ride in town. Enjoy music, energy, and local color as you cruise through Tequila’s landmarks and agave-dotted roads.

  • 12:30 PM – La Rienda Distillery Tour & Tastings

    Continue to La Rienda for a full guided experience through their tequila-making process. Explore their facilities and sample a curated selection of their handcrafted tequilas.

  • 1:45 PM – Free Time in Tequila

    Enjoy time to explore Tequila’s historic center on your own—wander the plaza, visit artisan shops, grab lunch, or take photos by the iconic Tequila letters.

  • 3:00 PM – Optional Stop at Cantaritos El Güero

    Head to Cantaritos De El Güero (optional). Order a giant cantarito made with fresh citrus and tequila in a lively, music-filled atmosphere. Drinks are paid locally.

  • 4:30 PM – Regreso a Guadalajara

    Relax during the private drive back to your hotel or Airbnb. Estimated arrival between 5:30–6:00 PM depending on traffic.

    We booked this with TQM and had such a good time. Riding around in the chile truck was hilarious and definitely a highlight. The distillery stops were interesting, the tastings were generous, and the whole vibe was laid-back and fun. Ending with Cantaritos was the perfect way to wrap it up.

    La experiencia con “Súbete al Chile” en Tequila, Jalisco, fue divertida, diferente y muy completa. Comenzamos con la visita a la tequilera La Rienda, donde aprendimos sobre el proceso del tequila de una manera clara y entretenida. El personal fue atento y siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas.

    Después vino lo mejor: el recorrido por el pueblo a bordo del camión con forma de chile. Una experiencia única que combina buen ambiente, historia y muchas risas. Mientras recorrimos las calles de Tequila, el guía nos fue contando datos interesantes y anécdotas del lugar, lo que hizo el paseo aún más ameno.

    En general, es un tour que vale totalmente la pena: organizado, original y muy disfrutable. Ideal para conocer Tequila de una forma diferente.
