About the Tequila Express train
The Tequila Express train carries visitors from Guadalajara out through the blue agave fields to the town of Tequila. It runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and the mood changes with the day: first class seating on Friday and Sunday, and a choice of first class or the Bar Wagon on Saturday.

What days does the Tequila Express train run?
Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Each day is its own experience, so compare the three editions above before you book. Seats sell out on holiday weekends, so book early when you can.
Where do I buy Tequila Express tickets?

How long is the day?
Friday and Sunday run about 8 to 10 hours. Saturday runs about 12 hours because it includes the most. Since your ticket comes with private transportation, you set the pace, and you can skip parts of the day or head back early.
Why is the Cantaritos El Güero stop only available with you?
The train's own return goes straight back to Guadalajara. TQM Tours is the only company that adds a stop at Cantaritos El Güero, because your ride home is a private vehicle rather than a group bus. Drinks there are paid on the spot.
What is the difference between the Tequila Express and the José Cuervo Express?
They are two separate trains run by different companies. The Tequila Express train runs Friday through Sunday and pairs with Casa Sauza and other distilleries in town. The José Cuervo Express runs on Saturdays and visits La Rojeña, José Cuervo's own distillery.
Do I need to get myself to the train station?
No. Your ticket includes private round trip transportation from your hotel or Airbnb in Guadalajara.
