We may request proof of such credentials during onboarding and periodically thereafter; however, we do not guarantee the ongoing validity of any credential, and we are not responsible for any Provider\u2019s failure to maintain them. You may request proof of license\/insurance directly from the Service Provider.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"eligibility\">\n <h2>2) Eligibility<\/h2>\n <ul>\n <li>You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.<\/li>\n <li>You are responsible for ensuring all guests meet age, health, and safety requirements for the Tour (e.g., riding horses, alcohol tastings, etc.).<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"bookings-and-payment\">\n <h2>3) Bookings & Payment<\/h2>\n <ul>\n <li><strong>Pricing & Fees.<\/strong> Prices are listed per Tour and may exclude taxes\/fees unless stated. Currency conversions and bank\/FX fees are your responsibility.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Deposits & Prepayment.<\/strong> Some Tours require non-refundable deposits or full prepayment; such terms will be shown at checkout or on the Tour page.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Chargebacks.<\/strong> By booking, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total due. <em>Unauthorized or improper chargebacks<\/em> may be disputed and you agree to reimburse us for related fees, costs, and reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees if the chargeback is rejected.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Third-Party Processors.<\/strong> Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe\/PayPal) subject to their terms; we do not store full card numbers.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"cancellations-and-no-shows\">\n <h2>4) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows<\/h2>\n <p>Each Tour lists its own cancellation terms. Comparable substitutions may be made without notice.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Delays:<\/strong> Traffic, road closures, and venue delays are outside our control. You may request proof directly from the Provider before your Tour.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section id=\"assumption-of-risk\">\n <h2>8) Assumption of Risk<\/h2>\n <p>Travel and experiential activities carry inherent risks (e.g., transportation incidents, uneven terrain, weather, food\/beverage sensitivities).
