Our tequila tours require advance reservations with partners including distilleries, private drivers, restaurants, and train operators.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nBecause these experiences are reserved in advance, cancellations must follow the policies established by our partners.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/header>\n\n\n<div class=\"tqm-highlight\">\n\n<strong>Important:<\/strong> Many experiences included in our tequila tours \u2014 such as distillery visits, transportation, and train tickets \u2014 are prepaid to local partners once your booking is confirmed. We cannot override a distillery\u2019s internal policies.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section>\n\n<h2>Train Tickets (Jos\u00e9 Cuervo Express &#038; Similar Experiences)<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n\n<li><strong>Train tickets are non-refundable once issued.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>Tickets may be rescheduled depending on availability and the policies of the train operator.<\/li>\n\n<li>Rescheduling may include fees depending on how many days before the trip the change is requested.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Requests made less than 48 hours before the departure cannot be rescheduled<\/strong> based on Jos\u00e9 Cuervo\u2019s official policy.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section>\n\n<h2>Road Closures &#038; Transportation Issues<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nRoad conditions, construction, government road closures, or local events can occasionally affect travel routes between Guadalajara and the Tequila region.\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\n<li>TQM Tours is <strong>not responsible for road closures or transportation disruptions<\/strong> outside of our control.<\/li>\n\n<li>If a road closure affects the itinerary, we will adjust the route or schedule when possible.<\/li>\n\n<li>Road closures do <strong>not qualify for refunds<\/strong>, but we will advocate on behalf of our guests with partners whenever possible.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section>\n\n<h2>Travel Advisories &#038; Media Reports<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nOccasionally international news or travel advisories may create concern about visiting certain parts of Mexico. While we understand travelers may feel uncertain, cancellations based solely on media reports or general travel advisories do not qualify for automatic refunds.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOur tequila tours operate in well-established tourism areas between Guadalajara and the town of Tequila where tourism activities take place daily. Guests who prefer not to travel due to news coverage may request to reschedule their tour whenever possible.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section>\n\n<h2>Regional Events &#038; Safety Situations<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nIn rare situations, local events such as demonstrations, security activity, road closures, or regional incidents may impact travel routes in Jalisco.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIf this occurs, TQM Tours will always prioritize the safety of our guests and work to adjust the itinerary or reschedule the experience when possible.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nBecause these situations involve external authorities or partners, they do not automatically qualify for refunds.
